Supervision for Psychotherapists and Counsellors
I am a fully accredited UKCP Integrative and Transpersonal Psychotherapist Supervisor, and qualified to supervise adult and child and adolescent psychotherapists and counsellors.
Workshops and Training
I offer Transpersonal workshops and Mindfulness based Stress Reduction and cognitive therapy eight-week courses for adults and children. I have delivered these in schools, universities, NHS Trusts and private sector companies. Tailored One-to-One Psychotherapy
I tailor my approach to each client's needs, prioritizing a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship to motivate meaningful change. My goal is to help you find satisfaction and joy by reclaiming your sense of meaning, purpose, and creativity. I also focus on relieving debilitating symptoms and negative habits using techniques from psychology, Integrative Psychotherapy, Transpersonal Therapy, and Mindfulness.
